Anil Bahl is a highly qualified extensively experienced dedicated individual who had been a volunteer to Sri Sri’s movement since 2000. His extensive experience in various fields has proved extremely useful in making this institution a Benchmark in Government Educational System across the nation thereby creating a genuine model that can be replicated anywhere even in the toughest of locations and environments. His dedicated efforts only could overcome executive difficulties at every step in this project.

Anil Bahl, as a visionary & volunteer of Art of Living, took the entire responsibility of spreading Guruji’s message of “Deepen the Roots & Broaden the Vision”.

Anil Bahl is a person of few words and more turnkey projects to his credit.

He has been instrumental in implementing many projects for Art of Living on a turnkey basis. Being highly qualified he has a passion for education that develops a human being into a responsible, capable and wise human being.

“Education is a process for all round development of a person into a personality who is useful & productive for Nation, Society, Family & Self. Education is meant to evolve a human being into a more refined person with depth in thoughts & height in aspirations for a better tomorrow.Educational institution is meant to be a cradle of every possible opportunity to an individual in its broadest sense. Schooling means a seat of learning & not just a forum of teaching.School must provide opportunities to an individual irrespective of Cast, Creed, Colour, Gender, Economic strata, region, or any other division.School is meant to discipline a raw mind into a sharp effective productive intellect.School must develop a raw individual into finest specimen of human race who is capable of converting every difficulty into an opportunity to rise.

EMRS, Lumla is proud to have a very knowledgeable and capable Head Mistress, Ms. Vibha Joshi.

Miss Joshi had been a dedicated and committed volunteer of Art of Living, being an AOL Program teacher along with being adequately qualified for the job. She had over 20 years of teaching experience in a very reputed English Medium Missionary Senior Secondary School in Rajasthan when she chose to join us as a way to contribute to society in this remote village of India lacking even basic amenities.
Ms Joshi specialises in Education, Teacher Training, Establishment, Counselling, etc.

Under her guidance EMRS Lumla has successfully created an environment for effective learning, skill development, pursuing hobbies, creating bonding and team spirit.
She is a guide and mentor for Teachers and students alike.

“What is education: Information , concept, imagination , application and expression are integral parts of education by using each, with discrimination and proper attitude we can nurture and cultivate values and inherent talents of the students. Education means multidimensional growth of a child and full manifestation of his being which  unfolds physical , mental,emotional, and spiritual aspects of life in right direction to make students lifelong learners . In modern world of technology and speed engraved with high competitive spirit excellence can be achieved when yoga , sports, fine arts, gardening, music, dance oratory , are given due weight along with scientific development and moral strength. In nutshell education brings fulfilment as said in Sanskrit verse ” Vidya Dadaati Purnatvam”

शिक्षा का अर्थ –

शिक्षा ही एक ऐसा अस्त्र हैं जिसके द्वारा हम किसी भी कठिनाई से पार हो सकते हैं l तथा अपने राष्ट्र, समाज एवं स्वयं के लिए भी अच्छा कर सकते हैं l शिक्षा के द्वारा ही हमारे चारित्रिक, आध्यात्मिक एवं मानसिक गुणों का विकास होता हैं l शिक्षा का सर्वोत्तम गुण यह हैं कि आपको आत्मनिर्भर एवं देशोन्मुख कार्य कर सकते हैं l शिक्षा के द्वारा ही आप अभाव में भी प्रभाव दिखा सकते हैं l

शैक्षणिक अनुभव : 4 वर्ष

एकलव्य स्कूल में अनुभव : एकलव्य विद्यालय में बच्चों का पूर्णतः सर्वांगीण विकास हो रहा हैं l इस विद्यालय में बच्चों को केवल साक्षर नहीँ अपितु शिक्षित बनाया जा रहा हैं l जो जानकारी हमको 30 वर्ष की आयु में मिली वह जानकारी इनको 12 वर्ष की आयु में मिली, इसलिए लगता हैं कि अवश्य ही इनके पूर्व जन्म के अच्छे कर्म होंगे जिसके कारण इस विद्यालय में शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिला हैं l मैं यहाँ आने के पहले साक्षर था लेकिन शिक्षित अब हुआ l यहाँपर दो सबसे जटिल समस्या हैं ;  1) मेडिकल सुविधा 2) परिवहन सुविधा

यहाँपर शिक्षक के साथ-साथ अभिभावक भी बनना पड़ता हैं l आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग एवं एकलव्य विद्यालय से जुड़ने पर हमारे अंदर चारित्रिक, मानसिक, सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सम्पन्नता आयी हैं l अंत में ईश्वर से यह प्रार्थना करते हैं कि भविष्य में एकलव्य विद्यालय लूमला का नाम अति शीघ्र भारत वर्ष के उच्चकोटि के विद्यालयों की श्रेणी में हों l

EXPERIENCE AT EMRS LUMLA-

My personal experience in the EKLAVYA MODEL RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL,LUMLA has been quite wonderful.This institution not only focuses on the academics but on the moral and spiritual aspects as well.The moment I stepped into the premises,I sensed something magical.The environment was so peaceful and calm. located just outside the outskirts of the town,it’s the perfect place for the establishment of a school away from any noise and disturbances. The atmosphere is simply outstanding. One cannot help himself/herself from getting spellbound by nature that surrounds the school.You cannot be at a better place than this.
The institution provides education to the under-privilleged sections of the society,i.e,students belonging from BPL families.The way they are taken care of is incomparable.The facilities provided is  simply impressionable.Happy to be here.

School Management Committee –

EMRS Lumla has a very group of highly learned, responsible and efficient people in its SMC headed by the Deputy Director Of School Education, Tawang. Under DDSE, the SMC meets periodically to discuss the development goals and facilities at campus. Other members include Director- EMRS Lumla, Head Mistress – EMRS Lumla, President- District Rural —, TGT Teachers and Parents.

SMC had been instrumental in bringing wide experience from all members to develop a very efficient Administrative system along with creating many Benchmarks in the Facilities and Systems at campus.

All meetings are recorded.

Social Responsibility at EMRS Lumla –

Staff and Students are given opportunities for rendering their contribution towards society by various ways.

Students under staff supervision make programs.

Students also participate in Government programs such as Swachcha Bharat, Health Awareness Program, etc

Experience –

(i) Two Year teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Engineering college(Maryland Institue of Technology & Management, Jamshedpur, under Kolhan university, Jharkahand).

(ii) One year teaching experience in Eklavya Model Residential School Lumla, Tawang, A.P.

What education means:- Education means wisdom, a true wisdom which leads to freedom.Once famous man Dr. Martin Luther king said “THE FUNCTION OF EDUCATION IS TO TEACH ONE TO THINK INTENSIVELY NAD CRITICALLY”. According to my perspective rather a biased one, education is nothing but crucial weapon for every defeat in life. Education is a Tangential line of imagination. “Education makes once’s path unique”

Experience at EMRS Lumla-

A teacher is a profession which reminds people of discipline, integrity and socialism. And yes, this place is a perfect example of previous statement.Here I learned that discipline is the master key to way of success through education and with other various skills. The nature and the climate of this place can anyone live peacefully but with no demands. Here everyday is a new, this may sound simple but its very challenging. Here everyday I learn something new and always think to deliver something new to the student which will contribute vast amount of lnowledge. I must say I am really enjoying this profession and gained lot of knowledge from the other teachers as well as students too. The students here are bright n they can be proved to be boon to the society, so I got highly privileged to get this opportunity to teach them and guide them in the right path. Director and Principal are so wonderful that I am very grateful and thankful to work along and under their guidance my work goes so easy and hand in hand. This may sound metaphoric, my whole journey is like a rollercoaster ride which kept on soaring high with excitement and enormous pleasure, and many more to welcome. Yes it is quite thrilling but exciting.

Education in my view –

According to me education is my wealth which no body can steel.

when i give knowledge to my student its like Service for me , all the time i try to enhance my studies for effective teaching .So education can make impossible things possible.

My experience in EMRS Lumla-

In this institute i have seen so many things first time, which are not very common in other residential institutes. Like here management & all staff members are very caring, and responsible towards all children for their problems, for their emotions, as well as their health also. Many children are very innocent they don’t know how to protect their body from diseases, infections & how to maintain hygiene. Here all staff members very politely like parents teach them. Children are also very obedient , well mannered and well behaved.Here mostly health care is managed by Ayurveda and herbs/shrubs. Children are nourished by Cow Ghee, milk, Ojasvita health drink, chyavanprash, dry fruits, Spices, Pure Vegetarian food. Which is unique.In this school i feel that i am living in a tension free, peaceful home. I am enjoying here and feeling very happy because all people are very nice, surrounding is full of life, all having very kind heart.Principal mam is very supportive and helping in nature, she is very nice. Director sir is like a guardian for me, he is a wonderful person.This institute gives me very nice and happy feeling which i have experienced first time in my whole life.I experience that here children feel very happy, they study in healthy & devotional environment. Here daily routine is also very different like morning assembly with yoga & meditation,evening extra classes, Devotioanl Singing or satsang, T.V. for giving updated news about world.After joining EMRS I have grown in  my carrier, now i am teaching through smart classes, digital board & projector which is new experience for me. These methods developed my teaching skills also. Here i am performing my responsibilities freely. I am working here without any tension & without any pressure.
